My Biodata

I am Dr. N. Pavan Kumar, who worked on a topic entitled "Magnetic, Electrical and Thermal properties of manganite based Multiferroics" and was awarded a Ph.D. degree in February 2015 from the Department of Physics, Osmania University, Hyderabad. 

So far I have published 52 papers in various International journals having good impact factors. I have worked on projects sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. I worked in the Defense Metallurgical Research laboratory, Hyderabad as a Young Scientist Fellow under DST-Young Scientist Scheme. 

I am working on Magnetoelectric devices for energy harvesting applications, Magnetocaloric effect studies on Multiferroics for cryo cooling applications in bulk, tapes, and thin film forms. 
Recently, I am awarded the Associate fellow Award-2019 from the Telangana Academy of Sciences, Telangana. I am awarded the Young Scientist Award-2016 from Telangana Academy of Sciences, Telangana. I have awarded a CSIR senior research fellowship, during 2013-14. 

I  proved my capabilities as an independent researcher(Principal Investigator) by procuring funds from UGC(Minor Research project-2Ol5) and DST(Young Scientist Fellowship scheme) under which I got 28lakhs rupees of funds.

Currently, I am working in Matrusri Engineering College, Saidabad, Hyderabad which is working with a lofty vision and mission of imparting technical education of the highest standards among the students.
